Rex-Rotary’s SP 9100DN High Volume Printer offers Ideal Solution for Busy Document Environments

Rex-Rotary, a leading provider of Total Document Solutions, launches the SP 9100DN – an exceptionally fast, reliable, black and white laser printer, specifically designed for large departmental workgroups and print room environments.

The SP 9100DN offers high performance, professional image quality and a variety of finishing options, allowing customers with intensive volume requirements to enjoy fast, uninterrupted print runs.  With a first print time of 5.5 seconds and rapid print speed of 75ppm, the SP 9100DN delivers maximum productivity for customers with heavy print demands.  Added benefits are offered by the SP 9100DN’s ability to print double-sided documents with no loss of speed, offering even greater efficiency.

With true 1,200dpi resolution and the capacity to handle a variety of paper types including A3, thick stocks, transparencies, recycled paper, envelopes and labels, the SP 9100DN allows users to print on the format of their choice for maximum flexibility.  A range of finishing features includes sort, hole punch, staple and a cover interposer, that produces staple-bound booklets, complete with covers. These valuable functions underline the ability of Rex-Rotary’s latest laser printer to deliver quality results, whatever the task.

“Busy offices and high-demand document environments place particular demands on printing devices,” explains Pui Chi Li, Product Manager, Rex-Rotary.  “By providing efficient, highly-reliable black and white printing performance, coupled with a range of professional finishing features and easy-to-use software, Rex-Rotary’s SP 9100DN offers the ideal solution for busy offices and print rooms.”

With a 300K High Duty Cycle and high monthly print volumes, Rex-Rotary’s SP 9100DN is able to handle the most demanding of office environments.  The impressive standard paper capacity of 4,100 sheets can be extended to a maximum of 8,200 pages, whilst 43k yield toner highlights this device’s ability to deliver long, uninterrupted print runs for maximum productivity.

A range of software utilities, offered as standard with the SP 9100DN, bring added ease of use to customers.  DeskTopBinder allows users to combine and manage information from different sources into single documents, which can then be effortlessly produced as one print job.  Web Image Monitor and SmartDeviceMonitor enable network administrators to easily monitor printer status, notifying them immediately of any errors or maintenance requirements, and maximizing uptime.  Further productivity gains are also ensured by Rex-Rotary’s Patrol Light feature.  Offered as standard with the SP 9100DN, this feature uses a combination of light and sound to alert users of the printer status; such as, paper stocks, toner levels, or completed print jobs. This provides essential notification and minimizing downtime in any busy print environment, with multiple printers.

A Network Interface Card (NIC) is featured as standard with Rex-Rotary’s SP 9100DN, allowing seamless integration into all major IT networks.  Wireless LAN and Bluetooth connectivity offers further flexibility by supporting the latest generation of mobile networks.  In addition, both devices support industry standard printer languages, ensuring hassle-free compatibility with existing document environments.
