Achieve productive black and white printing with Rex-Rotary’s P7527 and P7527n laser printers

Rex-Rotary, the leading provider of total document solutions, announces the P7527 and P7527n – cost-efficient black and white laser printers designed to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality results for small workgroups.

The P7527 and network-ready P7527n from Rex-Rotary deliver cost-effective yet high-quality black and white printing for small workgroups.  The reliability and performance of these printers maximizes productivity to produce professional-looking documents quickly.

The P7527and P7527n promote cost-effective laser printing through a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This is achieved through a very competitive cost per page and with the option to print double-sided documents TCO can be further reduced, whilst also minimizing impact on the environment.

With fast warm-up times and print speeds of 27 pages per minute (ppm), the P7527 and P7527n are productive printers designed to reliably produce documents quickly and efficiently.   What’s more, there is virtually no loss of speed when printing double-sided documents.  With optional paper trays, paper capacity can be extended to a maximum of 1,600 sheets, so long uninterrupted print runs are delivered without delay.

Both printers boast true 1,200dpi resolution and effortlessly handle a variety of paper types including thick stocks, envelopes and labels.  Users can print on the media of their choice to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents.

“The P7527 and P7527n are extremely reliable printers with high monthly duty cycles, which ensures that day-to-day printing requirements are met with ease,” comments Robert Brown, Product Manager, Rex-Rotary.  “Both printers are highly productive, very easy to manage and will prove to be invaluable assets to small workgroup environments.”

With a Network Interface Card as standard on the P7527n and USB2.0 standard on both printers, effortless connectivity and maximum convenience is available to the IT manager. Connectivity is further enhanced with both printers supporting industry standard printer languages and the latest mobile technologies via optional Wireless LAN and Bluetooth technologies to allow greater flexibility.

Additional features include Rex-Rotary’s icon-driven RPCS printer driver, which allows users to print documents in the format of their choice, for example 2-up or double-sided at a click of the mouse.  DeskTopBinder software is also bundled with both printers, which enables users to combine files from different applications into single documents, to be produced as one print job. Large files can also be sent for printing in a compressed form using the PDF Direct Print function, which reduces network traffic whilst increasing efficiency for maximum convenience.

Supporting software such as Web SmartDeviceMonitor helps the Network Administrator to increase up-time by sending email notifications of the printer’s status such as low toner or paper levels.  The printer’s status can be monitored anytime, anywhere using a simple browser-based interface.
