The F550, the latest addition to Rex-Rotary’s range of fax machines, offers an array of powerful features to accommodate the demands of the high volume user. With standard network faxing, scan-to-email, double sided output, 600dpi quality, the ability to add colour scanning, as well as optional network printing and scanning, the F550 fax is a powerhouse of innovative functionality.
The F550’s standard network features include IP faxing which facilitates highly productive, cost-effective faxing in high volume environments. It also provides standard black and white, as well as optional colour, Scan-to-Email, allowing users to send documents via email, bringing added efficiency to users.
The F550 also allows optional network printing and colour scanning for maximum productivity. What’s more, the F550 boasts a quality 600 dpi, allowing high quality results to be achieved.

The F550 has scan speeds of 1.3 seconds and fax transmission speeds of approximately 2 seconds, resulting in fast faxing. reduces costs by minimising use of telephone lines. In addition, a fast print output speed of 15ppm, makes the F550 an all round highly productive device.
The F550 promotes cost-effective and environmentally friendly faxing. Standard duplex enables double-sided fax retrieval, printing and copying. A 12hour memory back up will not lose stored numbers in the event of power failure and an energy saver mode helps protect the environment
For additional ease of use, the F550 boasts an array of one touch keys such as 90 quick-dial, 200 speed-dial and 9 group-dial keys, which are accessible from the easy-to-use control panel.
Ideal for high volume environments, the F550 has a large storage capacity providing users with uninterrupted communications functionality. A 7MB standard memory can store up to 560 pages. What’s more, the F550 boasts a 70 sheet ADF, 100 sheet bypass tray and 2up to 5o0 sheet paper trays, allowing for long and uninterrupted print runs.
Customers can benefit from additional security features. For example, a PIN is required before received faxes can be printed out, resulting in extra confidentiality, as private documents are not left lying in the fax output tray. In addition, the F550 can be set up for restricted use. In this case a PIN is needed to send a fax, allowing you to prevent unauthorized use and monitor usage.
